Driven growth with corporates (Virgin Media, commercial launch of the world's first IPTV Premier League system in 2006). Regional CRO EMEA/APAC at Unruly, launching 21 offices across 15 markets, through its $200M acquisition by News Corp. CGO at Amplified Intelligence, turning a deep-tech attention data company into global SaaS. 10x revenue and Ops overhaul as CCO at Aimer Farming, transforming an agritech start-up into a globally recognised NZ AgTech leader, with market launch readiness for AU, UK, Ireland and LatAm.

Open-ended retainers. Strategy decks without instrumentation. Engagements where the deliverable can’t be quantified.
