Revenue doesn't
disappear.
It leaks.

ScAileboard Growth OS helps businesses generate more demand and convert more of it — by making sure every lead, enquiry and customer signal triggers the right next action.

Two layers: an automated Marketing Growth Engine that creates demand and learns what converts, and Intelligentle™, the governed communication layer that makes sure the intent it creates is acted on before it decays.

NZ businesses with strong execution earned $400k more than their peers last year. Most aren't seeing anything like it. The gap is rarely the tools — it's the execution.

Where revenue breaks

It's not your strategy.
It's what happens in between.

82% of NZ businesses report using AI. NZ sits 63rd of 67 OECD countries for productivity. Adoption without execution isn't a strategy — it's a cost centre.

TUANZ Digital Priorities Report 2026 · Deloitte Access Economics / 2degrees, April 2026

The revenue cycle as six stages — message, media, outcome, capture, follow-up, learning — with learning returning to message. Leak points sit between the stages, not inside them.
01
The message was right when it was written
Positioning gets set in a room, signed off and then runs. The market's language keeps moving — support hears it daily, sales hears it weekly — but none of it reaches the next brief. So the campaign remains technically on-message and lands as noise.
02
Budget goes where it was allocated, not where the demand went
Budget is allocated across channels at the start of the period and spent to plan. But intent doesn't arrive on that schedule. It surfaces through search behaviour, product activity, customer conversations and category movement — while spend continues where it was originally assigned.
03
Everyone hits their objectives. Revenue doesn't move.
Marketing reports reach and response. Sales reports pipeline. Customer Success reports onboarding. Product reports adoption. Nothing connects which spend to which message to which segment to which activated customer — so every team can perform while the business misses its top-line growth forecast.
04
Demand quietly decays
An enquiry arrives while the team is busy, after hours, or with no clear owner. The customer receives silence, or an automated email reply — the moment passes, and the intent decays every hour lapsed since the lead filled in the form.
05
The same enquiry gets a different answer on a busy day
An enquiry that arrives on a quiet morning gets a considered reply. The identical one at 4pm on the busiest day of the month gets whatever attention was left. Nobody decided that — it's what finite capacity does under volume. Response quality ends up tracking your team's workload rather than the value of the opportunity.
06
The feedback exists. The learning loop doesn't.
Customers reveal what's working through usage, adoption, support conversations and behaviour. But those signals remain trapped across different systems, so Marketing keeps saying the same thing, Product prioritises from partial evidence, and Customer Success intervenes only when churn is already at the door.

Growth OS connects the demand you create to the action it requires — then learns which messages and treatments produce adoption and revenue.

Why it hides

Each leak is small. Together, they are the growth gap.

No single failure is large enough to trigger a project. They sit below the threshold of "worth fixing" — until they're not, and by then they're structural.

"We'd hired two more salespeople and the number didn't move. Turned out we were already losing 30% of inbound demand before either of them picked up the phone."
— Services operator, post-Diagnostic readout

The pattern: capacity gets added to leaking systems and the team waits for the numbers to move. They rarely do — until the system underneath catches up.

What we build

ScAileboard Growth OS.
Two layers, one control plane.

ScAileboard Growth OS runs across the tools you already own — CRM, product, support, ad platforms — and controls the decisions between them. It is not a replacement for your CRM. Your CRM stays the system of record. What's missing in most businesses isn't a tool. It's the layer that decides what happens next, makes sure it actually happens, and learns from whether it worked.

Marketing Growth Engine

Running on our own funnel

What happens next, and to whom

It reads the external signals — category, competitor, season, region, ICP pain and buying moment — and the internal ones from your CRM: product usage patterns and customer conversations. So the language is theirs, not a workshop's.

From there it builds segmentation that's live and decides which message belongs to which segment, and when. It briefs, banks and ships the work — campaigns, content, and repeatable launches that carry through to first use, not just launch day. Then it measures which activity produced activated customers rather than form fills, and writes that answer back.

It holds the join a split marketing function can't: which spend, which message, which segment, which outcome. When that join doesn't exist, agencies and internal owners each report honestly and nobody can reconcile them.

How the system talks to your customers

Automation records activity. It doesn't guarantee progression.

Approved response patterns, escalation rules, prohibited claims, and a defined handoff — with the context already assembled — the moment a person should take over.

Running in production today inside Call Catcher. It's the reason automated first response reads as attentive rather than automated, and the reason nothing gets promised on your behalf.

Both layers run on the same control plane

A named owner for every consequential action. Human approval before anything sensitive, high-value or ambiguous goes out. Every claim traceable to approved evidence. A full audit trail of what was decided, why, and by whom — so the system can be governed rather than trusted.

We run this on our own business every day. Six of the eight stages operate on Call Catcher's marketing right now — sensing, deciding, generating, shipping, measuring and feeding the result back into the next decision. What we're building is doing it without us in the middle.
